LiteIntake is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that allows users to create intake forms, collect submissions from their clients, and manage those submissions. The Service includes form creation tools, submission management, and automated email features.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Subscription and Payment

The Service is offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay the applicable subscription fees
• Provide valid payment information
• Authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

5. Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial. No payment information is required to start a trial. At the end of your trial, you will need to subscribe to continue using the Service.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Send spam or unsolicited communications
• Collect data without proper consent
• Upload malicious code or attempt to compromise the Service
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in that policy.

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LiteIntake shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

Our total liability for any claims under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may also delete your account at any time from your account settings.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by email or by posting a notice on our website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.
